摘  要:针对半干法烧结脱硫灰因成分复杂且含CaSO3较高,综合利用难度大的问题,本文基于多源固废协同利用思想,在非蒸压养护条件下以半干法烧结脱硫灰和粉煤灰为主要原料制备高附加值的轻质节能墙材,考察了原料配比、粉煤灰细度、初期养护温度、激发剂种类与用量等因素对产品强度性能的影响。结果表明:当粉煤灰、半干法烧结脱硫灰、石灰、水泥熟料间的质量比为40∶40∶5∶15,玻璃纤维、三乙醇胺用量分别为1%和0.06%,经40℃、7 d的初期养护及随后的自然养护,得到密度为803 kg/m^(3),28 d抗压强度可达8.64 MPa的轻质墙材,其主要性能指标均满足《建筑隔墙用保温条板》(GB/T 23450—2009)的要求。该工艺无需对半干法脱硫灰进行预氧化处理,为其简易、高值化利用提供了技术支持。Aiming at the problem that semi-dry sintering desulfurization ash is difficult to be comprehensively utilized due to complex composition and high Ca SO3content,in this paper,based on the idea of multi-source collaborative utilization of solid wastes,high value-added lightweight and energy-saving wall materials are prepared with semi-dry sintering desulfurization ash and fly ash as the main raw materials under non-autoclaved curing conditions,and the effects of raw material ratio,fly ash fineness,initial curing temperature,type and dosage of activator on the strength and performance of the product are investigated.The results show that when the mass ratio of fly ash,semi-dry sintering desulfurization ash,lime and cement clinker is 40∶40∶5∶15,the amount of glass fiber and triethanolamine is 1%and 0.06%,respectively,after initial curing at 40℃for 7 days and subsequent natural curing,the lightweight wall material with a density of 803 kg/m^(3) and a compressive strength of 8.64 MPa for 28 days can be obtained,and the main performance indicators of the material meet the requirements of“Insulation Strips for Building Partition Walls”(GB/T 23450—2009).This process does not require pre-oxidation treatment of semi-dry process desulfurization ash,which provides technical support for its simple and high-value utilization.
