摘 要:钢铁冶金行业的铬泥主要来自于轧钢过程中排放的含铬废水经化学还原、中和沉淀和污泥压滤后产生的水站污泥。为了减少铬泥对社会环境的危害,本文以华中某钢铁厂污水处理站的铬泥为研究对象,通过管式炉焚烧实验探究了焚烧前后铬泥中重金属的赋存形态特征,并采用毒性浸出法(TCLP)和风险评价编码法(RAC)对铬泥中重金属的潜在生态风险进行评价。结果表明:焚烧处置后铬泥中重金属的TCLP提取态含量大幅度下降,其中重金属Cr、Pb、Zn与Ni的TCLP提取态含量分别下降99.17%、82.92%、51.11%、77.86%,重金属形态分布几乎以残渣态为主;RAC风险评价结果显示,800℃焚烧处置后铬泥中Cr的环境风险极低。本研究可为烧结协同处置铬泥提供技术参考。The chrome sludge in the iron and steel metallurgy industry mainly comes from the water station sludge produced by chemical reduction,neutralization-precipitation and sludge pressing of chromium-containing wastewater discharged during steel rolling process.In order to reduce the harm of chrome sludge to the social environment,the chrome sludge from the sewage treatment station of an iron and steel work in central China is taken as the research object,the occurrence morphological characteristics of heavy metals in chrome sludge before and after incineration are explored by tubular furnace incineration experiments,and the potential ecological risks of heavy metals in chrome sludge are evaluated by Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure(TCLP)and Risk Assessment Coding Method(RAC).The results show that the TCLP extract state of heavy metals in chrome sludge decreases significantly after incineration,among which the TCLP extract state of heavy metals Cr,Pb,Zn and Ni decreases by 99.17%,82.92%,51.11%and 77.86%,respectively,and the morphological distribution of heavy metals is almost dominated by residual form.The results of RAC risk evaluation show that the environmental risk of Cr in chrome sludge after incineration at 800℃is extremely low.This study can provide a technical reference for the co-treatment of chrome sludge by sintering.
