含锌尘泥火法挥发的次氧化锌制备硫酸锌研究

摘　　要：为了实现含锌尘泥的高值化利用,本文以含锌尘泥火法处理挥发得到的次氧化锌为原料,开展了硫酸浸出次氧化锌制备硫酸锌的研究。结果表明:在硫酸质量分数为22.42%、浸出时间为20 min、液固比为2.5∶1、搅拌速度为300 r/min的条件下,滤渣中Zn质量分数由61.17%降低至2.61%,Pb质量分数由5.86%提高至34.24%,硫酸锌溶液中Zn离子质量浓度高达243.01 g/L,Pb离子质量浓度降低至1.50 g/L;试验得到的硫酸锌溶液在结晶温度为20℃,结晶时间为60 min条件下,得到纯度大于99%的硫酸锌产品,且该产品满足饲料添加剂硫酸锌的质量标准。In order to realize the high-value utilization of zinc-containing dust and sludge,the zinc hypoxide volatiled from the pyrometallurgy of zinc-containing dust and sludge is used as raw material,and the research on preparation of zinc sulfate by sulfuric acid leaching zinc hypoxide is launched.The results show that,under the conditions of sulfuric acid mass fraction of 22.42%,leaching time of 20 min,liquid-solid ratio of 2.5∶1 and stirring speed of 300 r/min,the mass fraction of Zn in the residue decreases from 61.17%to 2.61%,the mass fraction of Pb increases from 5.86%to 34.24%,the mass concentration of Zn ions in zinc sulfate solution is as high as 243.01 g/L,and the mass concentration of Pb ions reduces to 1.50 g/L.The zinc sulfate solution obtained by the test obtains zinc sulfate products with purity greater than 99%under the conditions of the crystallization temperature of 20℃and the crystallization time of 60 min,while the prepared zinc sulfate products meet the quality standards of feed additive zinc sulfate.
