摘 要:本文采用同步辐射X射线荧光光谱微区分析法(μXRF)对铁矿烧结烟尘进行多元素分析,得到16个元素(Fe、Mn、Cu、Pb、Zn、Ag、As、Hg、Na、K、Rb、Cs、Ca、F、S、Cl)的特征峰强度,分别构建出各元素相对强度的微区二维空间分布图;并采用主成分分析(PCA)对所选元素进行降维分类,进而降低利用相关性分离原理进行各元素分布特征解析时的难度。研究发现,部分元素间存在很强的相关性,第一主成分中Fe和Mn相关性系数达到0.807,第二主成分中Cu、Zn和As之间相关性系数在0.651~0.664之间。根据元素之间的线性相关关系可建立起宏量元素与微量元素之间的关系,有望预测烧结烟尘中主要有价元素、毒害元素分布特点,为铁矿烧结烟尘中微量元素的分析提供借鉴与参考。The synchrotron radiation X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy micro-analysis(μXRF)is used to perform multi-element analysis of iron ore sintering dust,and the characteristic peak intensities of 16 elements,including Fe,Mn,Cu,Pb,Zn,Ag,As,Hg,Na,K,Rb,Cs,Ca,F,S,Cl,are obtained,and two-dimensional spatial distribution map of the relative intensity of each element is constructed separately.Principal component analysis(PCA)is used to classify the selected elements in dimensionality reduction;therefore,the difficulty of analyzing the distribution characteristics of each element by using the principle of correlation separation is reduced.It is found out that a strong correlation exists between some elements,the correlation coefficient between Fe and Mn in the first principal component reaches 0.807,and the correlation coefficient between Cu,Zn and As in the second principal component is between 0.651~0.664.According to the linear correlation between elements,the relationship between macro elements and trace elements can be established,and it is expected to predict the distribution characteristics of the main valuable elements and toxic elements in sintering dust,which can provide references for the analysis of trace elements in iron ore sintering dust.
