摘  要:为提高活性炭低温脱硫脱硝性能,本文采用超声辅助等体积浸渍法制备V_(2)O_(5)/AC、CeO_(2)/AC、Fe-Ce/AC、Mn-Ce/AC,4种负载过渡金属氧化物的改性活性炭,并采用BET、XRD、FT-IR和NH_(3)-TPD等表征手段对各种活性炭材料的物化性质进行了探究,同时研究了改性活性炭在不同组分模拟烟气中的低温脱硫脱硝性能。试验结果表明:在无氨条件下,烟气中10%的H_(2)O对AC、V_(2)O_(5)/AC、CeO_(2)/AC、Fe-Ce/AC和Mn-Ce/AC的吸附效果具有促进作用,其中Mn-Ce/AC具有最大的NO和SO_(2)吸附容量,分别为5.4、10.2 mg/g;在氨存在的条件下同时脱硫脱硝,Fe-Ce/AC表现出最佳的NO催化性能(48.2%)和较大的SO_(2)吸附容量(13.2 mg/g)。In order to improve the low-temperature desulfurization and denitrification performance of activated carbon,the ultrasound-assisted incipient-wetness impregnation method is used to prepare V_(2)O_(5)/AC,Ce O_(2)/AC,Fe-Ce/AC,Mn-Ce/AC,4 kinds of modified activated carbon loaded with transition metal oxides,and the physical and chemical properties of various activated carbon materials are explored by such characterization methods as BET,XRD,FT-IR and NH_(3)-TPD,and the low-temperature desulfurization and denitrification performance of modified activated carbon in simulated flue gas of different components is studied.The experimental results show that,under the condition without ammonia,10%H_(2)O in the flue gas can promote the adsorption effect of AC,V_(2)O_(5)/AC,Ce O_(2)/AC,Fe-Ce/AC and Mn-Ce/AC,among them,Mn-Ce/AC has the largest adsorption capacity of NO and SO_(2),5.4 and 10.2 mg/g,respectively;In the presence of ammonia,Fe-Ce/AC shows the best NO catalytic performance(48.2%)and large SO_(2)adsorption capacity(13.2 mg/g).
