摘 要:针对烧结过程中处理高锌污泥易造成高炉锌负荷升高、利用焦化除尘灰易造成燃耗升高等问题,本文在对两种物料基础性能分析的基础上,利用烧结杯模拟试验,通过将两者按一定质量比混合,按不同方法混入烧结混匀矿,进行转炉高锌污泥烧结脱锌试验研究。结果表明:将高锌污泥和焦化除尘灰按一定质量比混合后进行造球,布料时将其布到铺底料上部进行烧结的方法,可将污泥中的ZnO还原并富集在烧结除尘灰中。确定的最佳工艺参数:高锌污泥与焦化除尘灰的质量比为1∶1~1∶2,即n(ZnO)/n(C)=0.01~0.005,高锌污泥和焦化除尘灰混合制粒小球粒径为3~6 mm。在最佳工艺条件下,各项指标较优,当质量比在1∶2时,脱锌率可达到65.4%。In view of such problems as the increase of zinc load of blast furnace caused by the treatment of high-zinc sludge in the sintering process,and the increase in fuel consumption caused by the use of coking dust,based on the analysis of the basic performance of the two materials,the sintering cup simulation experiment is used to carry out the dezincification test study of the high-zinc converter sludge in sintering by mixing them according to a certain mass ratio and mixing them into the sintered blending ore according to different methods.The results show that the high-zinc sludge and coking dust are mixed according to a certain mass ratio and then are pelletized.The method of spreading them to the upper part of the substrate for sintering can reduce and enrich the Zn O in the sludge in the sintering dust.The optimum technological parameters are determined as follows:the mass ratio of high-zinc sludge to coking dust is 1∶1~1∶2,that is,n(Zn O)/n(C)=0.01~0.005,and the size of the particle mixed and granulated by high-zinc sludge and coking dust is 3~6 mm.Under the best process conditions,the indicators are better,and when the mass ratio is 1∶2,the dezincification rate can reach 65.4%.
