摘 要:针对传统烧结配料方法准确率和经济性低等问题,本文提出一种分阶段二次变异的改进差分进化算法。其特征:结合多种变异策略,在算法运行过程中,分阶段的选择合适的变异策略;当适应度值连续多次迭代不更新时,加入正态分布的扰动因子可以有效地改善种群的结构,使算法跳出停滞状态,减少陷入局部最优解的概率;算法中各参数采用自适应值,通过8个标准测试函数验证改进差分进化算法的性能。试验结果表明:改进后的算法精度高,全局寻优能力强,将其应用于烧结配料问题中,可在保证混合料基本成分的基础上得到成本最优解。Aiming at such problems as low accuracy and economy of traditional sintering distribution,an improved differential evolution algorithm for staged quadratic variation is proposed.Its characteristics:combining multiple mutation strategies,during the operation of the algorithm,the appropriate mutation strategy is selected in stages.When the fitness value is not updated for several consecutive iterations,adding a normally distributed perturbation factor can effectively improve the structure of the population,make the algorithm jump out of the stagnant state,and reduce the probability of falling into the local optimal solution.The adaptive values of each parameter in the algorithm are used to improve the performance of the differential evolution algorithm through eight standard test functions.The test proves that the improved algorithm has high precision and strong global optimization ability.Applying it to the sintering accessory problem can obtain a cost optimal solution on the basis of ensuring the basic composition of the compound.
