摘　　要：目的探究强化护理管理对感染科医院感染控制与护理质量的影响。方法选取2020年3月—2022年4月邹平市妇幼保健院40名护士作为研究对象,于2020年3月—2021年3月行传统护理管理,作为对照组(护士20名),2021年4月—2022年4月行强化护理管理,作为研究组(护士20名),对比分析两组的消毒隔离质量评分、院内感染发生率、护理人员手卫生合格率、医疗废弃物处理达标率以及护理人员对护理管理的满意度。结果研究组的消毒隔离质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组院内感染发生率、护理人员手卫生合格率、医疗废物处理达标率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度(100.00%)显著高于对照组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院护理管理中行强化护理管理模式可积极提升其管理满意度,减少院内感染,提升护理人员手卫生合格率与医疗废物处理达标率。Objective To explore the impact of strengthening nursing management on nosocomial infection control and nursing quality in infectious diseases department.Methods Forty nurses from Zouping Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the subjects.Traditional nursing management was per⁃formed from March 2020 to March 2021,as the control group(20 nurses).Intensive nursing management was per⁃formed from April 2021 to April 2022,as the research group(20 nurses).The disinfection and isolation quality score,hospital infection rate,qualified rate of hand hygiene of nurses The compliance rate of medical waste treatment and the satisfaction of nursing staff with strengthened nursing management.Results The disinfection and isolation quality score of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically sig⁃nificant(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of the incidence of hospital infections,the qualified rate of hand hygiene among nursing staff,and the compliance rate of medical waste disposal(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the research group(100.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the nursing management model in hospital nursing management can actively improve management satisfaction,reduce hospital in⁃fections,improve the qualified rate of nursing staff's hand hygiene and the compliance rate of medical waste disposal.
