三级护理质控管理在中医护理质量管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨三级护理质控管理在中医护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年7月—2021年6月枣庄市中医医院护士180名为研究对象,将2020年7—12月实施常规管理模式为对照组,将2021年1—6月实施三级护理质控管理模式为观察组,各90名,比较两组护士的中医护理综合能力评分、中医护理质量评分及护士对中医护理管理的满意度。结果观察组护理人员中医护理综合能力5个方面评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的5个维度护理管理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员对中医护理管理中5个维度护理管理总满意度为(94.37±1.68)分,高于对照组的(80.82±1.45)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三级护理质控管理明显提高护理人员中医综合护理能力和中医护理质量,管理方法得到护士的认可,提高护理人员对护理管理的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of three-level nursing quality control management in TCM nursing quality management.Methods A total of 180 nurses from Zaozhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medi-cine from July 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The implementation of the conventional man-agement model from July to December 2020 was the control group,and the implementation of the three-level nursing quality control management model from January to June 2021 was the observation group.There were 90 in each group,and the scores of TCM nursing comprehensive ability,TCM nursing quality and nurses'satisfaction with TCM nursing management were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of the five aspects of TCM nursing compre-hensive ability of the nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The five dimensions of nursing management quality scores in the observa-tion group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nurses in the observation group scored(94.37±1.68)points total satisfaction with the five dimensions of nursing management in TCM nursing management,which was higher than(80.82±1.45)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Three-level nursing quality control management can significantly im-prove nursing staff's TCM comprehensive nursing ability and TCM nursing quality,the management method has been recognized by nurses,and the nursing staff's satisfaction with nursing management has been improved.
