摘  要:目的统计分析了广东省江门市医疗卫生服务机构公共卫生专业人才资源现况,为今后合理配置医疗卫生服务机构公共卫生专业人力资源卫生资源提供参考依据。方法2020年5月—2021年4月对江门全市131个卫生服务机构公共卫生人才状况开展问卷调查和行业专家咨询。结果江门市131家基层医疗卫生单位中,公共卫生专业人员共计823名,其中疾病预防控制中心公共卫生专业人员比例最高为43.21%,疾病控制相关机构占比16.30%,本科(62.80%)比例最高,41~50岁占比(34.45%)最高;江门131家医疗卫生单位中从事公共卫生服务预防医学专业人员中接近半数为初级职称(49.90%),其次是中级职称(32.30%),高级职称占10.90%,无职称占6.90%,专业技术岗位占比最高,为94.82%,工勤技能岗位占3.10%,管理岗位仅占2.08%。结论江门市基层医疗卫生服务机构公共卫生专业人员不足,相关部门应采取多种措施,加强基层医疗卫生服务机构人力资源结构的配置,优化年龄、学历及职称结构,提高公共卫生专业人员整体素质,使得基层医疗卫生服务机构人力资源建设得以完善。Objective To statistic analysis the current situation of public health professional human resources in medi-cal and health service institutions in Jiangmen,Guangdong Province,and to provide a reference basis for the reason-able allocation of public health professional human health resources in medical and health service institutions in the future.Methods A questionnaire survey and industry expert consultation was conducted on the status of public health talents in 131 health service institutions in Jiangmen city in the time period of May 2020 to April 2021.Results Among the 131 primary health care units in Jiangmen City,the number of public health professionals totaled 823.Among them,the proportion of public health professionals in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention was the highest(43.21%),the proportion of disease control-related institutions was 16.30%,the proportion of undergraduate(62.80%)was the highest,and the proportion of 41-50 years old(34.45%)was the highest;among the 131 medical and health units in Jiangmen,nearly half of the preventive medicine professionals engaged in public health services were junior professional titles(49.90%),followed by intermediate professional titles(32.30%),senior professional titles(10.90%),and no professional titles(6.90%).The proportion of professional and technical posts was the highest CHINA HEALTH INDUSTRY(94.82%),and the proportion of workers'skills posts was 3.10%,and the proportion of management posts was only 2.08%.Conclusion Insufficient public health professionals in primary health care service institutions in Jiangmen,the relevant departments should take various measures to strengthen the allocation of human resources structure in pri-mary health care service institutions,optimize the age,education and title structure,and improve the overall quality of public health professionals,so that the construction of human resources in primary health care service institutions can be improved.
