摘　　要：目的探讨抗菌药物分级管理制度在预防抗菌药物滥用中的临床应用,观察其对预防抗菌药物滥用的效果。方法选取2019年7月—2021年7月枣庄市峄城区人民医院药剂科800例药物处方为研究对象,采取随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各400例,对照组采取常规管理,观察组在对照组的基础上采取抗菌药物分级管理模式,比较两组抗菌药物的管理效果。结果观察组抗菌药物费用占比不合理、滥用、过期、损坏等管理效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不合理用药发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用抗菌药物分级管理制度能够减少抗菌药物的不合理使用情况,减少患者的治疗费用。Objective To explore the clinical application of antimicrobial drug hierarchy management system in the prevention of antimicrobial drug abuse and observe its effect on the prevention of antimicrobial drug abuse.Methods 800 prescriptions of drugs in the Pharmacy Department of Yicheng District People's Hospital in Zaozhuang City from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects.The drugs were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 400 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine management.The observa-tion group adopted the hierarchical management mode of antibacterial drugs on the basis of the control group,and compared the management effect,irrational use of antibacterial drugs and annual sales of antibacterial drugs between the two groups.Results The observation group had better management effects in terms of unreasonable proportion of antibacterial drug expenses,abuse,expiration,and damage compared to the control group,the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).The incidence of irrational medication in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting a hierarchical manage-ment system for antibacterial drugs can reduce the unreasonable use of antibiotics and reduce the treatment costs of patients.
