摘 要:目的研究在微生物标本检验中实施优化管理的价值。方法选取2021年7月—2022年12月期间北京市大兴区疾病预防控制中心的34名检验人员为研究对象,以管理模式的差异分为两组,将2021年7月—2022年3月期间实施常规管理设为对照组,2022年4—12月期间在常规管理的基础上实施优化管理设为研究组,分析两组的检验情况、人员素质和检验质量。结果研究组检验人员专业能力、思维能力、责任意识以及执行能力评分分别为(90.25±5.18)分、(91.33±5.61)分、(90.45±4.79)分、(91.21±5.44)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组人员的满意度为97.06%,高于对照组的76.47%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.275,P<0.05)。研究组方法选用、检验流程、检验技巧、检验标准评分分别为(43.25±5.16)分、(42.08±6.58)分、(42.36±5.81)分、(41.69±7.06)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在实际微生物标本检验中实施优化管理措施,可以提高检验准确率,促进检验人员综合素质的提高,提升检验人员满意度,进而提升检验的质量。Objective To study the value of implementing optimal management in microbiological specimen testing.Methods Thirty-four inspectors from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Daxing District of Beijing from July 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the differences in management modes.The control group was set to implement routine management from July 2021 to March 2022.From April to December 2022,we will implement optimization management on the basis of conventional management.We will work as a research group to analyze the inspection conditions,personnel quality and inspection quality of the two groups.Results The scores of professional ability,thinking ability,responsibility consciousness and executive ability of inspectors in the research group were(90.25±5.18)points,(91.33±5.61)points,(90.45±4.79)points and(91.21±5.44)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Team staff degree of satisfaction was 97.06%,76.47%higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.275,P<0.05).The scores of method selection,test process,test technique and test criteria of the study group were(43.25±5.16)points,(42.08±6.58)points,(42.36±5.81)points and(41.69±7.06)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of optimization management measures in the actual micro-bial sample inspection can improve the accuracy of the inspection,promote the improvement of the comprehensive quality of the inspection personnel,enhance the satisfaction of the inspection personnel,and then improve the quality of the inspection.
