风险管理在淋巴瘤化疗病区护理管理中的作用分析

摘　　要：目的探究风险管理在淋巴瘤化疗病区护理管理中的作用。方法将山东健康集团淄博医院2020年10月—2022年3月在淋巴瘤化疗病区工作的护理人员40名作为研究对象,将其分为对照组与观察组,每组20名。对照组实施常规管理,观察组实施风险管理,对比两组的不良事件发生率、满意度、护理管理质量、护理人员对管理知识的掌握程度。结果观察组的不良事件发生率、满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对管理知识的掌握程度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理管理质量的各项指标评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险管理在淋巴瘤化疗病区护理管理中应用可以减少不良事件发生,增加护理人员对管理知识的掌握程度,提升管理满意度,促进整体护理管理质量的进一步提升。Objective To explore the role of risk management in the nursing management of lymphoma chemotherapy ward.Methods A total of 40 nursing staff working in the lymphoma chemotherapy ward of Zibo Hospital of Shandong Health Group from October 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group,with 20 people in each group.The control group implemented routine management,and the observation group implemented nrisk management.The incidence of adverse events,satisfaction,nursing manage-ment quality,and nursing staff's mastery of management knowledge were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse events and satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The mastery of management knowledge in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of various indicators of nursing management quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk management in the nursing management of lymphoma chemotherapy wards can reduce the occurrence of adverse events,increase the mastery of management knowledge by nurses,improve management satisfaction,and promote the further improvement of the overall quality of nursing management.
