强化风险管理对妇科护理管理质量持续改进效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探究妇科护理管理中采用强化风险管理的质量改进效果。方法选取2021年3月—2022年4月淄博市妇幼保健院30名护理人员为研究对象,依据随机数表法分为两组,每组15名。对照组采用常规护理管理,观察组采用强化风险护理管理。对比两组考核情况、风险事件发生率、应急及问题处理能力评分、护理记录书写质量、护理风险管理质量评分。结果两组护理人员的理论及实践操作考核评分、风险事件发生率、应急及问题处理能力评分、护理记录书写质量、护理风险管理质量评分对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科护理管理中,强化风险管理模式可显著减少风险事件,提高风险护理质量。Objective To explore the quality improvement effect of enhanced risk management in gynecological nurs-ing management.Methods Thirty nurses in Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 15 in each group.The control group received routine nursing management,and the observation group received intensive risk nursing management.The two groups were compared in terms of assessment,risk event incidence,emergency re-sponse and problem handling ability,nursing record writing quality and nursing risk management quality.Results Comparison of theoretical and practical assessment scores,risk event occurrence rate,emergency and problem-solving ability scores,nursing record writing quality,and nursing risk management quality scores between two groups of nurs-ing staff,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In gynecological nursing management,strengthening risk management mode can significantly reduce risk events and improve the quality of risk nursing.
