摘 要:目的探究护理人员应用5个时刻法管理模式的可行性。方法选择2020年8月—2022年9月黑龙江省医院在职护理人员15名,根据时间不同记为管理前(2020年8月—2021年8月)和管理后(2021年9月—2022年9月),管理前执行传统护理管理模式,管理后执行5个时刻法管理模式,对比管理前后护理人员护理能力、工作沉浸程度以及核心胜任力。结果管理后护理人员心肺复苏、静脉输液、心电监护、导尿插管、闭式引流等护理能力评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后自身动力、专注当前任务、行动与意识融合、工作目标能随时间改变以及控制工作进度及任务等工作沉浸程度评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后护理人员个人特质、临床护理、人际沟通、批判性思维以及专业建设与发展能力等核心胜任力评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论传统护理管理和5个时刻法护理管理两种模式相对比之下,后者在改善护理人员护理能力、提高工作沉浸程度以及强化核心胜任力方面效果更佳。Objective To explore the feasibility of nursing staff applying the 5-moment management model.Methods From August 2020 to September 2022,15 in-service nursing staff in Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital were selected,and recorded as pre-management(August 2020-August 2021)and post-management(September 2021-September 2022)according to different times.The traditional nursing management mode was implemented before management,and the 5-time method management mode was implemented after management.The nursing ability,job immersion de-gree and core competence of nursing staff were compared before and after management.Results After the manage-ment,the nursing ability scores of the nursing staff such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation,intravenous infusion,ECG monitoring,catheterization,and closed drainage were significantly higher than those before the management,the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the scores of self-motivation,focus on current tasks,in-tegration of action and consciousness,ability to change work goals over time,and control of work progress and tasks were significantly higher than those before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the scores of core competencies such as personal characteristics,clinical nursing,interpersonal commu-nication,critical thinking,and professional construction and development of nursing staff were significantly higher than those before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared to tradi-tional nursing management and 5-hour nursing management,the latter has a better effect in improving nursing staff's nursing ability,increasing work immersion,and strengthening core competencies.
