浅谈大数据条件下公共管理改革及创新

摘　　要：公共管理是一种全新的行政管理方式,是从现代公共职能和权利监督模式中衍生出来的工作方式,能够解决传统行政管理模式的弊端,以实现公共管理职能,监督和约束公共权力。在公共管理工作中引入大数据技术,可以使管理信息快速集中和处理,为我国社会的稳定发展打下更为牢固的基础。在信息技术快速发展的今天,公共管理工作面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战。本文从大数据的特征入手,对大数据条件下的公共管理改革和创新进行了研究,并提出了相应的策略。Public management is a brand-new administrative management method.It is a working method derived from the modern public function and rights supervision mode.It can solve the shortcomings of the traditional adminis⁃trative management mode in order to realize the public management function,supervise and restrict public power.The introduction of big data technology in public management can quickly centralize and process management information,laying a more solid foundation for the stable development of our society.Today,with the rapid development of informa⁃tion technology,public management is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Starting from the character⁃istics of big data,this paper studies the reform and innovation of public management under the condition of big data,and puts forward corresponding strategies.
