摘　　要：全面推进健康乡村建设,提高基层卫生服务水平,就要推进农村公共卫服务体系建设。我国农村公共卫生体系经过多年发展取得了显著成效,却也存在资源结构不均衡、村民卫生意识不强、乡村医卫专业人才匮乏、数据分析基础较差及应急体系不全等问题。要建设好公共卫生服务体系就要扩大公共卫生投入、提高村民康养素质、加强高素质专业队伍建设、建设乡村医疗公共服务保障体系、建设新农村公共卫生环境体系,促进五个方面相辅相成、协调统一发展。To comprehensively promote the construction of healthy rural areas and improve the level of grassroots health services,it is necessary to promote the construction of rural public health service systems.My country's rural public health system has achieved remarkable results after years of development,but there are still problems such as unbalanced resource structure,poor health awareness of villagers,lack of rural medical and health professionals,poor data analysis foundation,and incomplete emergency response system.To build a good public health service system,it is necessary to expand public health investment,improve the quality of villagers'health care,strengthen the construc⁃tion of high-quality professional teams,build a rural medical public service guarantee system,and build a new rural public health environment system,promote the complementary and coordinated development of the five aspects.
