摘　　要：医院章程是医院管理制度的核心内容之一,是规范医院管理、提高医疗服务质量、保障医患权益、提高医院可持续发展能力的重要手段。医院章程建设可以帮助医院建立科学、合理的管理机制,明确医患双方的权利和义务,规范医疗服务行为,提高医院的竞争力和可持续发展能力。在医疗服务行业竞争日益激烈的背景下,医院章程建设更是必不可少的一项工作。通过不断完善医院章程建设,推进医院管理制度的现代化改革,可以为患者提供更加优质的医疗服务,同时也可以提高医院的竞争力和可持续发展能力。因此,应当充分重视医院章程建设的工作,为医院的发展注入新的动力和活力。Hospital constitution is one of the core elements of hospital management system,which is an important means to regulate hospital management,improve the quality of medical services,protect the rights and interests of doc⁃tors and patients,and improve the sustainable development of hospitals.The construction of hospital constitution can help hospitals establish scientific and reasonable management mechanisms,clarify the rights and obligations of both doctors and patients,regulate medical service behavior,and improve the competitiveness and sustainable development of hospitals.In the context of increasingly fierce competition in the medical service industry,the construction of hospi⁃tal constitution is an essential task.By continuously improving the construction of hospital constitution and promoting the modernization and reform of hospital management system,can provide patients with better quality medical services and also improve the competitiveness and sustainable development of the hospital.Therefore,should pay full attention to the work of hospital charter construction to inject new impetus and vitality into the development of hospitals.
