细节思维管理方法在ICU护理管理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的在ICU护理管理工作中应用细节思维管理方法的效果分析。方法选取2021年3月—2022年3月南华大学附属长沙中心医院ICU护理人员30名。以盲选法分组,将15名护理人员纳入对照组,将15名护理人员纳入观察组。对照组使用常规管理方法,观察组使用细节思维管理方法。统计比较两组护理工作合格情况及护理质量各项评分。结果管理前,两组护理工作合格率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。管理后,观察组的病区管理、特级护理、基础护理、专科护理、急救物品合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理前,两组护理质量各项评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。管理后,观察组的理论知识、护理技能、基础护理、文书书写、应急能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在ICU护理管理工作中应用细节思维管理方法,能够提升护理工作的合格率以及护理管理质量。Objective Analysis of the effectiveness of applying detail thinking management methods in ICU nursing management.Methods Selected 30 nursing staff from the ICU of Changsha Central Hospital Affiliated to South China University from March 2021 to March 2022.Grouping using blind selection method,15 nursing staff were included in the control group and 15 nursing staff were included in the observation group.The control group used routine manage⁃ment methods,while the observation group used detail thinking management methods.Compared the qualified nursing work and nursing quality scores between the two groups.Results Before management,there was no statistically signifi⁃cant difference in the qualification rate of nursing work between the two groups(P>0.05).After management,the quali⁃fied rates of ward management,special care,basic care,specialized care,and emergency supplies in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before man⁃agement,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of nursing quality between the two groups(P>0.05).After management,the observation group scored higher than the control group in terms of theoretical knowledge,nursing skills,basic nursing,document writing,and emergency response ability,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of detail thinking management methods in ICU nursing management can improve the qualification rate and quality of nursing work.
