PDCA循环管理模式用于检验科仪器设备管理的效果评估

摘　　要：目的评估PDCA循环管理模式用于检验科仪器设备管理的效果。方法选取2021年7月—2022年6月长沙市第一医院检验科工作人员25名作为研究对象,2021年7—12月开展常规仪器设备管理,作为常规组;2022年1—6月开展PDCA循环管理模式,作为实践组。分析管理后两组工作人员综合实力、仪器设备无损率、仪器设备每月维修情况、管理满意率的差异性。结果管理后,实践组工作人员综合实力高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实践组仪器设备无损率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实践组仪器设备每月维修率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实践组管理满意率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在为检验科仪器设备管理时,运用PDCA循环管理模式能够增强工作人员综合实力,提升仪器设备无损率,减少仪器设备每月维修情况,提高管理满意率。Objective To evaluate the effect of PDCA cycle management model used for instrument and equipment management in the laboratory department.Methods 25 laboratory staff of Changsha First Hospital from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects,and routine instruments and equipment management was carried out from July 2021 to December 2021 as the routine group;from January to June 2022,carry out the PDCA circular man⁃agement model as a practical group.Analyzed the differences in the comprehensive strength,non-destructive rate,monthly maintenance status,and management satisfaction rate of the two groups of staff after management.Results Af⁃ter management,the comprehensive strength of the staff in the practice group was higher than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the non-destructive rate of instruments and equipment in the practice group was higher than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the monthly maintenance rate of instruments and equipment in the practice group was lower than that in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of management in the practice group was higher than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of instrumentation and equipment for the laboratory department,the use of PDCA cycle management mode can enhance the comprehensive strength of the staff,improve the non-destructive rate of instrumentation and equipment,reduce the monthly maintenance of instrumentation and equipment,and improve the management satisfac⁃tion rate.
