心理护理管理在结核病科室护理人员中的应用效果评估

摘　　要：目的分析心理护理管理在结核病科室护理人员管理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1—12月赤峰市传染病防治医院结核病科室护理人员20名,2022年1—6月实施常规管理(实施前),2022年7—12月实施心理护理管理(实施后),对比两种管理模式的管理效果。结果实施后护理人员SAS评分、SDS评分均低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后护理人员心理疏导、心理状态评估、风险防范管理、人性化管理评分均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后护理人员认为工作氛围良好、工作、家庭可以平衡、可以克服工作倦怠感、可以培养心理韧性的评分高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在结核病科室护理人员中应用心理护理管理,可以提升护理管理质量,改善护理人员心理状态,护理人员对护理管理模式更加认可。Objective To analyze the application effect of psychological nursing management in the management of nursing staff in tuberculosis departments.Methods From January to December 2022,20 nursing staff from tuberculo⁃sis department of Chifeng Infectious Disease Prevention and Control Hospital were selected.Routine management(be⁃fore implementation)was implemented from January to June 2022,and psychological nursing management(after imple⁃mentation)was implemented from July to December 2022.The management effects of the two management modes were compared.Results After implementation,the SAS and SDS scores of nursing staff were lower than before implementa⁃tion,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After implementation,the scores of psychological coun⁃seling,psychological state assessment,risk prevention management,and humanized management for nursing staff were higher than before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After implementation,the scores of nursing staff believed that the work atmosphere was good,work and family could be balanced,work fatigue could be overcome,and psychological resilience could be cultivated were higher than before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing management in nursing staff of tuberculosis departments can improve the quality of nursing management,improve the psychological state of nursing staff,and nursing staff will more recognize the nursing management model.
