结核病监测系统在肺结核患者治疗管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探析在肺结核患者治疗管理中应用结核病监测系统的临床价值。方法选取徐州市疾病预防控制中心2005—2009年采用传统管理方式的肺结核病例数据,另选取2017—2021年采用结核病监测系统的肺结核病例数据,对比分析转诊到位率、追踪到位率、系统管理率、定期复查率及定期治疗率。结果2005—2009年转诊到位率与2017—2021年对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2017—2021年追踪到位率、系统管理率、定期复查率、定期治疗率均高于2005—2009年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肺结核患者治疗管理中,结核病监测系统的应用效果确切,可以确保追踪到位,使患者得到有效管理和治疗。Objective To explore the clinical value of applying tuberculosis surveillance system in the treatment man⁃agement of pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Methods The data of pulmonary tuberculosis cases under traditional man⁃agement from 2005 to 2009 of Xuzhou Disease Prevention and Control Center were selected,and the data of pulmo⁃nary tuberculosis cases under tuberculosis monitoring system from 2017 to 2021 were selected to compare and analyze the rate of referral,tracking,system management,regular review and regular treatment.Results There was no statisti⁃cally significant difference in the referral completion rate between 2005 to 2009 and 2017 to 2021(P>0.05).The track⁃ing completion rate,system management rate,regular follow-up rate,and regular treatment rate from 2017 to 2021 were all higher than those from 2005 to 2009,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment management of pulmonary tuberculosis patients,the application of the tuberculosis surveillance system is ac⁃curate and can ensure that the tracking is in place so that patients can be effectively managed and treated.
