“新医科”背景下的医学教育变革与人才培养研究

摘　　要：医学教育是现代教育的重要组成部分,也是培育医疗、护理人才的主要途径,“新医科”背景下,医学教育变革与人才培养得到了更多关注。本文首先对“新医科”及其价值进行简述,在此基础上分析“新医科”对医学教育和人才培养的要求以及相关工作中的问题,最后论述“新医科”背景下的医学教育变革、人才培养工作建议,就信息化变革、教育延伸性变革以及综合能力培养、提升人才培养前瞻性等措施做具体论述,以服务未来的医学教育工作,提升人才培养质量。Medical education is an important part of modern education,and it is also the main way to cultivate medi⁃cal and nursing talents,and under the background of"new medical science",medical education reform and talent cul⁃tivation have received more attention.In this paper,we first briefly discuss the"new medical science"and its value,and then analyze the requirements of"new medical science"for medical education and personnel training as well as the problems in related work.Finally,we discuss the reform of medical education and talent cultivation in the context of"new medical science",and discuss the measures of informatization reform,education extension reform,comprehen⁃sive ability cultivation,and improvement of talent cultivation foresight,in order to serve the future medical education and improve the quality of talent cultivation.
