摘　　要：为确保对标对点完成航天/军工产品,结合行业现状及行业特点,分析了多品种、小批量、短周期的产品研制、批产过程的零配件管理问题,并对BOM齐套、警戒库存和电子出库单等管理模式进行优化,将账物相符率由94.70%提升至99.53%。通过合并优化6种物资领用单及2项物资管理流程,盘活库存696.47万元,实现了库存的高效管理,大幅提升了人工效率,为准时交付航天/军工产品提供了零配件管理新思路。In order to ensure the completion of Aerospace/military model production and based on the current situation and limitations of the industry,this paper analyzes the management of parts in model development and production of multi variety,small batch and short cycle.Meanwhile providing the optimization means:complement based on BOM,alert inventory,electronic stock out list,etc.Finally,the according rate of account and matter was increased from 94.70%to 99.53%.6 kinds of material receipt and 2 kinds of resource management process were merged and optimized,and the inventory cost was reduced by 6.96 million yuan.It realizes the improvement of labor efficiency in all links and provides a new idea of spare parts management for the on-time delivery requirements of Aerospace/military model production.
