新能源汽车充电设施投资主体的研究分析——以江西为例

摘　　要：伴随着全球日益严重的生态环境污染问题和能源消耗问题,发展新能源汽车产业已经成为全球解决能源安全问题、防治大气污染的重要举措之一。中国已经把推动新能源汽车产业发展上升到了国家战略的高度,从而达到调整汽车产业结构、完成汽车产业升级以及实现生态绿色、节能减排的目标。为达到这一目标,必然离不开配套的充电设施基础建设。通过研究新能源汽车充电设施的投资主体问题,可以更好地把政府与市场相结合,调动其积极性,从而更有效地加大资金投入,促进充电设施产业稳步发展。Along with the increasingly serious ecological pollution and energy consumption problems worldwide,the development of new energy vehicle industry has become one of the important measures to solve the energy security problem and prevent atmospheric pollution worldwide.China has elevated the development of new energy vehicle industry to the height of national strategy,so as to achieve the goal of adjusting the structure of automobile industry,completing the upgrading of automobile industry,as well as realizing ecological green,energy-saving and emission reduction.In order to achieve this goal,it is inevitable that a supporting infrastructure for charging facilities is inevitable.By studying the issue of investment subjects of charging facilities for new energy vehicles,it is possible to better combine the government and the market and mobilize their enthusiasm,so as to more effectively increase capital investment and promote the steady development of the charging facilities industry.
