中国新能源汽车产业的国际化发展——基于因势利导与增长甄别六步法的研究

摘　　要：为了应对环境污染和绿色转型的迫切需求,探索传统汽车产业以新能源为主导的发展战略,运用新结构经济学的基本方法,从三个维度分析了我国新能源汽车产业的要素禀赋结构,并运用因势利导与增长甄别六步法提出我国新能源汽车产业的追赶型发展战略和符合其比较优势的国际化发展路径。运用“两轨六步法”的框架,为中国氢燃料电池汽车产业国际化发展中政府外在引导和企业自身管理提供建议。In order to cope with the urgent need of environmental pollution and green transformation,and to explore the new energy-led development strategy of the traditional automobile industry,the factor endowment structure of China's new energy automobile industry is analyzed from three dimensions by applying the basic method of new structural economics,and the"six-step method of situational advantage and growth screening"is applied to propose a catch-up development strategy and a new energy automobile industry in China.The"six-step approach to growth screening"is used to propose a catch-up development strategy for China's new energy vehicle industry and an international development path that is consistent with its comparative advantages.Using the framework of the"two-track,six-step approach",suggestions are provided for the external guidance of the government and the management of enterprises in the international development of China's hydrogen fuel cell vehicle industry.
