摘 要:目的:探讨工作环境对拉萨市某三甲医院医务人员职业倦怠的影响及作用机制,为缓解医务人员职业倦怠、激发医务人员的工作积极性提供参考。方法:采用问卷调查法对拉萨市某三甲医院674名在职医务人员进行调查。对数据进行描述性分析和Pearson相关分析,通过路径分析探索工作环境对医务人员职业倦怠的影响及作用机制。结果:物理环境和社会环境均与医务人员的工作满意度和组织认同呈显著正相关(P<0.001),与职业倦怠呈显著负相关(P<0.001)。物理环境和社会环境能显著预测职业倦怠(β=-0.124,β=-0.108,P<0.05),工作满意度和组织认同在其中起链式中介作用(95%CI不包括0)。结论:工作环境既能直接预测医务人员的职业倦怠,又可以通过工作满意度和组织认同的链式中介作用间接影响其职业倦怠。Objective:To explore the effect and mechanism of work environment on job burnout of medical staff in Lhasa,so as to provide references for alleviating job burnout of medical staff and stimulating their work enthusiasm.Methods:A questionnaire survey was carried out among 674 in-service medical staff in a grade-A tertiary in Lhasa.Descriptive analysis and Pearson correlation analysis were carried out on the data,and the influence and mechanism of working environment on job burnout of medical staff were explored through path analysis.Results:Both physical environment and social environment were positively correlated with job satisfaction and organizational identity(P<0.001),and negatively correlated with job burnout(P<0.001).Physical environment and social environment can significantly predict job burnout(β=-0.124,β=-0.108,P<0.05),and job satisfaction and organizational identity play a chain mediating role(95%CI exclude 0).Conclusion:Work environment can not only directly predict job burnout of medical staff,but also indirectly predict job burnout of medical staff through the chain mediating effect of work environment and organizational identity.
