山东省2所医学院校大学生心理健康状况在人际信任水平和自杀意念关系间的作用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨医学院校大学生人际信任水平与自杀意念之间的关系,分析心理健康状况在二者之间的作用。方法:采用多阶段分层整群抽样的方法抽取山东省2所医学院校的2713名学生进行问卷调查,并对数据进行统计分析。结果:医学院校大学生自杀意念的发生率为10.6%。人际信任水平与医学院校大学生的自杀意念存在相关性(OR=1.05,P<0.05),心理健康状况与自杀意念负相关(OR=1.21,P<0.05)。中介效应表明,当模型中加入心理健康状况后,人际信任水平与自杀意念之间的相关性变得不具有统计学意义(β=0.014,P=0.145),心理健康状况在人际信任水平与自杀意念之间具有完全中介作用。结论:人际信任水平通过影响心理健康状况,进而导致自杀意念的产生,重点关注人际信任水平和心理健康状况,对预防和发现医学院校大学生的自杀意念具有重要意义。Objective:To explore the relationship between interpersonal trust level and suicidal ideation among medical college students,and to analyze the effect of mental health status between them.Methods:The multistage stratified cluster sampling method was used to select 2713 medical college students from 2 medical colleges in Shandong province,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results:The incidence of suicidal ideation among medical college students was 10.6%.There was a correlation between interpersonal trust level and suicidal ideation(OR=1.05,P<0.05),and mental health status was negatively with suicidal ideation(OR=1.21,P<0.05).The mediating effect demonstrated that when mental health status was added into the model,the correlation between interpersonal trust level and suicidal ideation was not statistically significant(β=0.014,P=0.145).Therefore,mental health had a complete mediating role between interpersonal trust and suicidal ideation.Conclusion:The interpersonal trust level can affect mental health status and then lead to the generation of suicidal ideation.Focusing on interpersonal trust level and mental health status is of great significance for the prevention and discovery of suicidal ideation among medical college students.
