自尊和自我控制在大学生体育活动与网络成瘾间的作用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析自尊、自我控制在大学生体育活动和网络成瘾之间的作用,为高校大学生网络成瘾的治疗与改善提供理论依据。方法:采用体育活动锻炼等级量表、Rosenberg自尊量表、自我控制自评量表和中文网络成瘾量表对950名在校大学生进行问卷调查。结果:体育活动与自尊、自我控制呈显著正相关(r=0.261,P<0.001;r=0.257,P<0.001),与网络成瘾呈显著负相关(r=-0.233,P<0.001);网络成瘾与自尊呈显著负相关(r=-0.209,P<0.001),与自我控制呈显著负相关(r=-0.57,P<0.001);自尊与自我控制呈显著正相关(r=0.493,P<0.001)。中介效应由3条路径组成,“体育活动→自尊→网络成瘾”“体育活动→自我控制→网络成瘾”“体育活动→自尊→自我控制→网络成瘾”,3条路径的效应量占比分别为14.13%、39.79%、4.71%。结论:体育活动既可以直接负向影响大学生网络成瘾,还可以通过自尊和自我控制的链式中介作用影响网络成瘾。Objective:To analyze the relationship between self-esteem,self-control and college students'physical activity and Internet addiction,so as to provide theoretical basis for the treatment and improvement of college students'Internet addiction.Methods:A total of 950 college students were measured by the physical activity rating scale,rosenberg self-esteem scale,self-control self-rating scale and Chinese internet addiction scale.Results:Physical activity was positively correlated with self-esteem and self-control(r=0.261,P<0.001,r=0.257,P<0.001),was significantly negatively correlated with Internet addiction(r=-0.233,P<0.001).Internet addiction was negatively correlated with self-esteem(r=-0.209,P<0.001)and self-control(r=-0.57,P<0.001).There was a significant positive correlation between self-esteem and self-control(r=0.493,P<0.001).The mediating effect consists of three pathways,physical activity→self-esteem→Internet addiction,physicalactivity→self-control→Internet addiction,physical activity→self-esteem→self-control→Internet addiction,the effect sizes of the three paths accounted for 14.13%,39.79%and 4.71%,respectively.Conclusion:Physical activity can not only directly predict the Internet addiction of college students negatively,but also indirectly affect the Internet addiction through the chain mediating effect of self-esteem and self-control.
