摘  要:目的:探讨眼周汗管瘤超脉冲CO_(2)激光治疗术后应用感轻液体敷料的临床疗效。方法:先用盐酸奥布卡因凝胶表面麻醉成功后再用超脉冲CO_(2)激光非接触式烧灼汗管瘤瘤体,直到瘤体基底部无肉眼可见的蜡黄色组织物。术后立即给予创面感轻液体敷料外涂,2次/d,2喷/次,直至创面愈合。结果:30例患者共452个瘤体完成治疗和随访。5例病例失访。其中404个瘤体疗效评价为优(89.38%),41个瘤体疗效评价为良(9.07%),7个瘤体疗效评价为差(1.55%)。结论:超脉冲CO_(2)激光治疗术后联合感轻液体敷料外用,疗效确切,适合眼周汗管瘤的治疗,可以同时达到治疗目的和美容效果。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of applying sensory light liquid dressing after ultra-pulsed CO_(2)laser treatment for periocular sweat duct tumor.Methods:After successful surface anesthesia with oxybutynin hydrochloride gel,the sweat duct tumor is then non-contact cauterized with an ultra-pulsed CO_(2)laser until the base of the tumor is free of waxy yellow tissue visible to the naked eye.Immediately after the operation,a trauma-sensitive light liquid dressing was given topically,2 times/d,2 sprays/time,until the trauma healed.Results:A total of 452 tumors in 30 patients completed treatment and follow-up,and 5 cases were lost to follow-up.The efficacy of 404 tumors was evaluated as excellent(89.38%),41 tumors were evaluated as good(9.07%),and 7 tumors were evaluated as poor(1.55%).Conclusion:The combination of ultra-pulsed CO_(2)laser treatment with sensory light liquid dressing for topical application after the procedure is effective and suitable for the treatment of periocular sweat duct tumors,which can achieve both the treatment purpose and cosmetic effect.
