摘 要:目的:分析护士主导的思维导图式健康教育计划对胃癌切除患者术后生活质量及生理指标的影响,为临床健康教育作参考。方法:选取2019年6月—2021年6月郑州大学附属肿瘤医院普外科收治的98例行胃癌手术的患者作为研究对象,将2019年6月—2020年3月的研究对象为对照组,2020年4月—6月的研究对象为干预组,每组各49例。对照组患者实施常规口头健康教育,干预组患者实施由护士主导思维导图式健康教育计划,两组患者均干预1个月。比较干预前后两组患者自我护理能力评分(ESCA)、主观整体营养状况评估量表(PG-SGA)、生理指标、胃癌患者生活质量问卷(QLQ-STO22)。结果:干预1个月后,两组患者ESCA、QLQ-STO22评分较干预前显著升高,且干预组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.889、2.408、2.571、2.456、2.301、3.164、2.976,P<0.05);PG-SGA评分显著较干预前升高,但干预组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=2.144,P<0.05);生理指标水平较干预前显著降低,但干预组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.928、2.633、2.596,P<0.05)。结论:护士主导的思维导图式健康教育干预胃癌切除患者可有效提高其自我护理能力,改善患者术后营养状况和生理指标,有利于提升其术后生活质量。Objective:To analyze the effect of nurse-led mind-mapping health education program on postoperative quality of life and physiological indicators of patients with resected gastric cancer as a reference for clinical health education.Methods:98 patients admitted to the hospital for gastric cancer surgery from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and the study subjects from June 2019 to March 2020 were set as the control group and the study subjects from April to June 2020 were set as the intervention group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group implemented conventional verbal health education,while the intervention group implemented a nurse-led mind-mapping health education program,and patients in both groups were intervened for 1 month.The self-care ability score(ESCA),subjective overall nutritional status assessment scale(PG-SGA),physiological indicators,and quality of life questionnaire for patients with gastric cancer(QLQ-STO22)were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:After 1 month of intervention,ESCA and QLQ-STO22 scores were significantly higher in both groups than before the intervention,and the intervention group was significantly higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=2.889,2.408,2.571,2.456,2.301,3.164,2.976,P<0.05).The PG-SGA scores were significantly higher than before the intervention,but the intervention group was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=2.144,P<0.05).The levels of physiological indicators were significantly lower than before the intervention,but the intervention group was significantly higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=2.928,2.633,2.596,P<0.05).Conclusion:Nurse-led mind-mapping health education interventions for patients undergoing gastrectomy for gastric cancer can effectively improve their self-care ability,improve their postoperative nutritional status and physiological indicators,and co
