眼科护理工作中存在的不安全因素与相应防范对策分析

摘　　要：目的:分析眼科临床护理工作中存在的不安全因素,实施相应的防范措施,保证患者的护理安全。方法:回顾性分析2021年12月—2022年12月黑龙江省医院收治的148例眼病患者的临床病历资料,将眼病护理工作中存在的不安全因素进行总结,并采取相应的预防措施。结果:经过统计学分析,影响眼科护理工作的不安全因素包括患者自身因素、治疗因素、外部环境因素、护理人员因素、其他因素五部分,本次148例研究对象中,有111例患者受护理人员因素的影响,占75.00%;20例患者受外部环境因素的影响,占13.51%,37例患者受治疗因素的影响,占25.00%;88例患者受自身因素的影响,占59.46%;15例患者受其他因素影响,占10.14%,受护理人员因素和患者自身因素同时影响的病例有82例,占55.41%,受护理人员因素、患者自身因素、治疗因素三者共同影响的病例有12例,占8.11%,表明护理人员因素和患者自身因素是造成眼科护理工作不安全因素的主要原因。结论:整体提高眼科护理人员的业务能力和技术水平,强化健康教育,营造良好的病区环境,指导患者规范用药,能够有效降低眼科护理工作中不安全因素出现的几率,保证患者的护理安全。Objective:To analyze the unsafe factors in ophthalmic clinical care and implement appropriate preventive measures to ensure the safety of patient care.Methods:The clinical records of 148 ophthalmology patients admitted to the hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed and the unsafe factors in ophthalmology nursing were summarized,and corresponding preventive measures were taken.Results:After statistical analysis,the unsafe factors affecting ophthalmic care included five parts:patients’own factors,treatment factors,external environmental factors,nursing staff factors,and other factors.Among 148 study subjects,111 patients(75.00%)were affected by nursing staff factors,20 patients(13.51%)were affected by external environmental factors,37 patients(25.00%)were affected by treatment factors,88 patients(59.46%)were affected by their own factors,and 15 patients(10.14%)were affected by other factors.There were 82 cases(55.41%)affected by both nursing staff factors and patients’own factors,and 12 cases(8.11%)affected by a combination of nursing staff factors,patients’own factors,and treatment factors.It showd that nursing staff factors and patients’own factors are the main causes of unsafe ophthalmic care.Conclusion:The overall improvement of ophthalmic nursing staff’s business ability and technical level,strengthening health education,creating a good ward environment and guiding patients to standardize medication can effectively reduce the chance of unsafe factors in ophthalmic nursing work and ensure patient care safety.
