摘 要:目的:探讨有氧联合抗阻运动对脊柱侧弯术后患者脊柱功能及肺功能的影响。方法:选取2019年3月—2021年6月郑州市骨科医院收治的63例行脊柱侧弯术的患者作为研究对象,按照计算机分组法将其分为对照组32例和研究组31例。对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组在常规护理的基础上实施有氧联合抗阻运动干预。比较两组患者腰背疼痛强度、腰背肌力、脊柱功能、肺功能、生活质量[脊柱侧凸研究协会22项量表(SRS-22)评分]及治疗满意度。结果:干预后,研究组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.042,P<0.05)。干预后,研究组腰背肌力大于对照组,躯干旋转角度及Cobb角小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.606、2.041、2.052,P<0.05)。干预后,研究组最大通气量、残气量、肺活量均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.186、2.231、2.122,P<0.05)。干预后,研究组SRS-22量表中各维度评分及治疗满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.046、2.015、2.027、2.189,P<0.05)。结论:脊柱侧弯术后患者实施有氧联合抗阻运动能够有效减轻术后疼痛,提高腰背肌力,改善脊柱功能、肺功能及生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of aerobic combined resistance exercise on spinal function and lung function after scoliosis.Methods:63 patients admitted to the hospital for scoliosis surgery from March 2019 to June 2021 were selected for the study and were divided into 32 cases in the control group and 31 cases in the study group according to the computerized grouping method.The control group used conventional nursing interventions,and the study group implemented aerobic combined with resistance exercise interventions on the basis of conventional nursing.The intensity of low back pain,low back muscle strength,spinal function,pulmonary function,quality of life(Scoliosis Research Society 22-item scale[SRS-22]score)and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,pain scores were lower in the study group than in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(t=2.042,P<0.05).After the intervention,the low back muscle strength of the study group was greater than that of the control group,and the trunk rotation angle and Cobb angle were smaller than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=2.606,2.041,2.052,P<0.05).After the intervention,maximum ventilation,residual air volume,and spirometry were greater in the study group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=2.186,2.231,2.122,P<0.05).After the intervention,all dimensional scores and treatment satisfaction scores in the SRS-22 scale were higher in the study group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=2.046,2.015,2.027,2.189,P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of aerobic combined resistance exercise in postoperative scoliosis patients can effectively reduce postoperative pain,improve low back muscle strength,and improve spinal function,pulmonary function,and quality of life.
