摘  要:对微针介导的疫苗接种的优势进行了简单阐述,重点介绍了微针的制作材料以及微针类型。并对固体、涂层、空心、溶解、水凝胶5种类型微针的给药方式的优缺点及在疫苗接种领域中最新研究进展进行了介绍。由于微针的经皮免疫所具有的高效诱导免疫应答、低痛感、易储存等优点,近年来被广泛应用于多种疫苗接种。总结出微针介导的疫苗接种具有提高患者依从性、微创、缓解医护人员的工作量,还具有减少接种剂量、降低生产成本、提高疫苗稳定性、简化供应链等优势。最后,对微针在当前发展中可能存在的问题进行了分析,并展望了未来发展的方向。The advantages of microneedle-mediated vaccination are briefly described,with emphasis on the manufacturing materials of microneedles and the types of microneedles.In addition,the advantages and disadvantages of five types of microneedles including solid,coated,hollow,dissolved,and hydrogel drug delivery methods are introduced,as well as their latest research progress in the field of vaccination.In recent years,microneedles have been widely used for vaccination due to their advantages such as high efficiency in inducing immune response,low pain,and easy storage.It is summarized that microneedle-mediated vaccine inoculation can improve patient compliance,achieve minimal invasion,and alleviate the workload of medical staff,and has the advantages of reducing inoculation dose and production cost,improving vaccine stability and simplifying supply chain.Finally,the possible problems in the current development of microneedles are analyzed,and the development direction in the future is prospected.
