摘 要:鉴于硅胶材料具有优越的性能,有望满足软体机器人复杂结构设计的需求,为此开发了一种基于硫醇烯点击化学反应机理的光固化硅胶弹性体墨水,通过直写式打印技术和光固化工艺,实现复杂结构的快速成型。首先以亲水气相二氧化硅纳米颗粒作为物理填料添加到乙烯基与巯基材料配置的低黏度光敏硅胶墨水中,分析不同质量分数二氧化硅纳米颗粒对硅胶墨水流变性能的影响。然后基于流变结果对二氧化硅纳米颗粒的质量分数进行调节,实现硅胶墨水打印性能的优化,随后对打印的基本性能进行了测试,最后通过直写式打印技术采用优化后的硅胶墨水进行多种复杂结构的打印,通过光固化工艺实现边打印边固化。实验结果显示,DMS-V31、SMS-142、SMS-022和TPO-L质量比为2 g∶0.24 g∶0.24 g∶0.008 g的墨水具有易于挤出、可打印复杂结构的能力,固化后的模型具有较高的成型精度,断裂伸长率可达到65%,远超屈服应变。最后制备了具有高纵横比的单腔中空结构和不同容积特异性双腔结构,再次验证了此工艺具有打印复杂结构的能力。In view of the superior performance of silica gel material,which is expected to meet the complex structure design requirements of software robots,a light-cured silicone elastomer ink based on the mechanism of mercaptan click chemical reaction was developed.Through directwriting printing technology and light-curing process,the rapid prototyping of complex structures was realized.Firstly,hydrophilic fumed silica nano particles as the physical filler were added to the low-viscosity photosensitive silicone ink prepared with vinyl and sulfhydryl materials,and the influence of the SiO2 nano particles with different mass fractions on the rheological properties of silicone ink was analyzed.Then,based on the rheological results,the mass fraction of the SiO2 nano particles was adjusted to optimize the printing performance of the silica gel ink,and the basic printing performance was tested.Finally,the multiple complex structures were printed with the optimized silica gel ink by direct-writing printing technology,and the light-curing process was realized while printing.The experimental results show that the ink with 2 g∶0.24 g∶0.24 g∶0.008 g mass ratio of DMS-V31,SMS-142,SMS-022 and TPO-L has the ability to easily extrude and print complex structures.The cured model has a high molding accuracy,and the elongation at break can reach 65%,far exceeding the yield strain.Finally,the single-cavity hollow structure with high aspect ratio and dual-cavity structure with different volume specificity were fabricated,verifying the ability of the process to print complex structures again.
