摘 要:以聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇和聚异氰酸酯为主要原料,二月桂酸二丁基锡为催化剂,水为发泡剂,采用一步模压成型法合成了一系列具有不同软段结构的硬质聚氨酯泡沫材料。通过力学性能测试,研究软段结构对硬质聚氨酯泡沫材料性能的影响,探究压缩速率对硬质聚氨酯泡沫材料抗压强度的影响规律。结果表明,随着软段中聚醚多元醇含量的增加,泡沫材料的压缩强度和弯曲强度下降,但弯曲应变增加;验证了硬质聚氨酯泡沫材料在准静态压缩条件下所具有的应变率效应。A series of rigid polyurethane foam materials with different soft segments were synthesized by one-step molding method using polyether polyol,polyester polyol and polyisocyanate as main raw materials,dibutyltin dilaurate as catalyst and water as foaming agent.The influence of soft segment structure on the properties of rigid polyurethane foams was studied through mechanical property test,and the effect of compression rate on the compressive strength of rigid polyurethane foams was also explored.The results showed that the compressive strength and bending strength of the rigid polyurethane foams decreased with the increase of polyether polyol content in the part of soft segment,while the bending strain of the foams increased.The strain rate effect of rigid polyurethane foams under quasi-static compression condition was verified.
