摘 要:分别通过改变合成温度,以1-甲基咪唑为配体调节剂,CTAB和PVP做封端剂调控了ZIF-L晶体的形貌和尺寸,并考察了制备的ZIF-L晶体对苯酚溶液中苯酚的吸附性能。结果表明:PVP对ZIF-L晶体的调控效果最好,可以得到单分散、棒状、粒径均一的ZIF-L晶体,晶体最小可达1.5μm;改变合成温度,可以得到2μm的叶片状晶体;均小于目前文献报道的5.6μm的叶片状晶体。棒状晶体对苯酚溶液中的苯酚显示出良好的吸附性能,1.5μm棒状ZIF-L晶体在25℃下,对苯酚的吸附量可达21.9mg/g,与文献报道的对苯酚有吸附能力的其他材料相比,显示出一定的优势。The morphology and size of ZIF-L crystals were controlled by changing the synthesis temperature,using 1-methylimidazole as ligand regulator and CTAB or PVP as end capping agent.The adsorption performance of the synthesized ZIF-L crystals to phenol in phenol solution was investigated.The results showed that PVP had the best control effect on ZIF-L crystal,which could obtain monodisperse,rod-like and uniform ZIF-L crystals with a minimum crystal particle size of 1.5μm.The leaf-like crystal with a size of 2μm could be obtained by changing the synthesis temperature,which was smaller than the 5.6μm leaf-like crystals reported in the literature synthesized without any additives.The rod-like crystals exhibited good adsorption performance to phenol in phenol solution,and the adsorption capacity of phenol on 1.5μm rod-like ZIF-L crystals was up to 21.9mg/g at 25℃,demonstrating certain advantages compared with other materials with adsorption capacity for phenol reported in the literature.
