摘  要:采用水解法和煅烧法,以钠基蒙脱石为基质材料,钛酸四丁酯为钛源,Bi(NO_(3))_(3)·5H_(2)O为铋源,制备了BiOCl/TiO_(2)/蒙脱石复合材料(BCTM),采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、紫外-可见漫反射仪(UV-Vis DRS)等手段对其晶体结构、形貌、化学成分和吸光特性进行了表征。研究了不同Bi/Ti摩尔比对刚果红的光催化降解,并通过自由基掩蔽实验探究了光催化降解机制。结果表明:在光催化反应过程中起主要作用的活性物质是羟基自由基和超氧自由基。在BCTM的禁带宽度为2.83eV,在Bi/Ti摩尔比为25%,刚果红初始浓度为30mg/L,BCTM投加量为50mg,吸附30min,光催化120min条件下,BCTM对刚果红溶液的降解率达到93.75%。BiOCl/TiO_(2)/montmorillonite composites(BCTM)were prepared by hydrolysis and calcination methods with sodium-based montmorillonite as the matrix material,tetrabutyl titanate as the titanium source,and Bi(NO_(3))_(3)·5H_(2)O as the bismuth source.The crystal structure,morphology,chemical composition and light absorption properties were characterized by XRD,SEM,XPS and UV-Vis DRS.The photocatalytic degradation of Congo red by different Bi/Ti molar ratios was investigated,and the mechanism of photocatalytic degradation was explored by free radical masking test.The results showed that the active substances that played a major role in the photocatalytic reaction were hydroxyl radicals and superoxide radicals.The band gap of BCTM was 2.88eV.Under the conditions of Bi/Ti molar ratio of 25%,initial Congo red concentration of 30mg/L,BCTM dosage of 50mg,adsorption time for 30min,and photocatalytic time for 120min,the degradation rate of Congo red solution by BCTM reached 93.75%.
