摘 要:聚醚酮酮(PEKK)机械强度高、耐高温性能优异,作为高性能热塑性复合材料的基体树脂获得了广泛关注。PEKK由二苯醚、对苯二甲酰氯和间苯二甲酰氯制备而成,合成过程中对苯和间苯原料比例的不同,使得其分子链构型产生差异,对PEKK的结晶状态和动力学性能造成影响,进而影响树脂基复合材料的力学性能。结合PEKK现有的制备、性能等方面的研究进行总结,分析了对苯/间苯比例对PEKK的结晶行为和热力学性能的影响。Polyetherketoneketone(PEKK)has superior properties such as high mechanical strength and excellent high temperature resistance,and has been widely considered as a matrix resin for high performance thermoplastic composites.PEKK is synthesized from diphenyl ether,terephthaloyl dichloride and isophthaloyl dichloride.The different proportion of terephthalyl and isophthalyl isomers in the raw materials affects the molecular chain configuration,and thus affects the crystallization and kinetic properties of PEKK,leading to the remarkably different mechanical properties of the composite materials.The effects of terephthalyl/isophthalyl isomer ratio on the crystallization behavior and thermodynamic properties of PEKK were analyzed based on recent research on the he preparation and properties of PEKK.
