中医治未病理念下卫生法学课程思政体系的构建

摘　　要：中医院校的学生学习卫生法学这门课程,应当从中医治未病的理念出发,以立志构建人类命运共同体的格局去学习,这样有利于学生从源头上把握这门课程。中医治未病理念其实质就是“人人享有健康”,卫生法律、法规的宗旨也是维护人民身体健康,二者同向同行。在教授卫生法律的时候强调中医治未病理念,能够让学生从中医专业角度更加深入地理解卫生法律的意义和价值,从而避免学生产生中医与法律“两张皮”的错觉。在此基础上构建课程思政体系,让中医院校的学生不仅树立“敬佑生命、救死扶伤、甘于奉献、大爱无疆”的医者精神,还培育其经世济民、诚信服务、德法兼修的职业素养,始终把人民群众生命安全和身体健康放在首位,成为党和人民信赖的好医生。The students of university of Chinese medicine should learn the course of health law from the concept of preventive treat-ment of disease in traditional Chinese medicine and to build a community with a shared future for mankind.It is beneficial for students to grasp this course from the source.The essence of the preventive treatment of disease in traditional Chinese medicine is“health for all”.The purpose of health laws and regulations is to protect people’s health.The two go in the same direction.When teaching health law,emphasizing the concept of curing diseases in China can help students understand the significance and value of health law more deeply from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine specialty,so as to avoid the illusion of traditional Chinese medicine and law are completely different.On the basis of constructing curriculum ideology politics system is useful.The students in university of Chinese medicine not only set up the“respect life,rescue the dying,dedicated,love without borders”spirit of the healer,also cultivate benefit the people,honest service and proficient in morality and law,put people’s health and safety first,to be a good doctor trusted by the Party and the people.
