疏越四合汤治疗糜烂性胃炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究疏越四合汤治疗糜烂性胃炎的临床效果。方法选取厦门市翔安区内厝卫生院2018年1月—2020年3月收治的102例糜烂性胃炎患者作为研究对象,依据就诊顺序编号,采用电脑随机数字表法按照1∶1配对原则分为观察组、对照组,各51例。对照组给予抑制胃酸分泌、保护胃黏膜、根除幽门螺杆菌等治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予疏越四合汤治疗。比较2组治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为96.08%(49/51),明显高于对照组的78.43%(40/51)(P<0.05);观察组胃黏膜糜烂评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组幽门螺杆菌清除率为100.00%(18/18),明显高于对照组的70.00%(14/20)(P<0.05);观察组中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-11(IL-11)水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疏越四合汤治疗糜烂性胃炎效果显著,可明显改善临床症状、缓解胃黏膜糜烂并减轻患者机体炎症反应。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shuyue Sihe decoction in the treatment of erosive gastritis.Methods A total of 102 patients with erosive gastritis in Xiamen Xiang’an District Neicuo Hospital from January 2018 to March 2020 were selected as re-search objects.According to the order of treatment,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the 1:1 matching principle using a computer random number table,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with inhibi-tion of gastric acid secretion,protection of gastric mucosa and eradication of helicobacter pylori,and the observation group was treated with Shuyue Sihe decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The to-tal effective rate in the observation group was 96.08%(49/51),which was significantly higher than 78.43%(40/51)in the control group(P<0.05).The gastric mucosal erosion score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The clearance rate of helicobacter pylori in the observation group(100.00%,18/18)was significantly higher than that in the control group(70.00%,14/20)(P<0.05).The symptom score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α,IL-8 and IL-11 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Con-clusion Shuyue Sihe decoction has a significant effect on the treatment of erosive gastritis,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,relieve gastric mucosal erosion and reduce the inflammatory response of patients.
