杨贤海针药结合在高龄不孕症胚胎移植中的应用经验

摘　　要：育龄期高龄妇女不孕的主要原因为卵巢功能衰退、不排卵、子宫内膜薄不易着床等。随着现代生殖技术的进步,人工授精后胚胎移植不能正常着床在此类不孕症中治疗难度最大,荆门市中医医院针灸科杨贤海主任医师应用针药结合的方法,在促进高龄不孕症患者子宫内膜发育、胚胎正常着床中积累了一定经验,现加以总结,以期为临床治疗高龄不孕症提供思路和启发。The main causes of infertility in elderly women of childbearing age are ovarian function decline,anovulation and thin endo-metrium which is not easy to implant.With the development of modern reproductive technology,it is the most difficult to treat this kind of infertility that embryo transfer cannot be implanted normally after artificial insemination.Yang Xianhai,Chief Physician of the department of acupuncture of Jingmen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,has accumulated some experience in promoting the development of the endometrium and the normal implantation of the embryo in elderly infertility by using the combination of acupunc-ture and medicine.This paper summarized it,in order to provide ideas and inspiration for the clinical treatment of elderly infertility.
