摘　　要：男科疾患病位在精室宗筋,涉及肝、肾、心、脾四脏,冲、任、督脉与奇恒之腑。男科病常见性功能和射精功能障碍以及生殖机能降低,有功能性和器质性之分。现代医学多根据病因给予药物、手术和辅助生育等方法治疗。中医临床多从肾主生殖论治,采用补肾生精、温肾壮阳、清热利湿等治则,效果不甚理想。李承功以脏腑气血阴阳辨证为纲,认为肝郁气滞为病机之本,贯穿病变始终;治宜补虚泄浊,以解郁理气为要,或兼健脾、补肾、宁心,或兼祛瘀、行气、利湿;以恢复脑-肾、天癸-督脉、冲任-精室轴的动态稳恒,使精室宗筋藏泄有常,气血和调,阴平阳秘。Andrological diseases are mainly located in the seminal chamber penis,involving the four zang organs of liver,kidney,heart and spleen,the meridians of Chong,Ren and Du,and the extraordinary fu organs.The common sexual and ejaculatory dysfunc-tion and decreased reproductive function in andropathy can be divided into functional and organic ones.Modern medicine is mostly treated by drugs,surgery and assisted fertility according to the etiology.The clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is mostly based on the theory that the kidney governs reproduction,and the treatment principles of tonifying the kidney and generating es-sence,warming the kidney and strengthening yang,clearing heat and draining dampness are mostly adopted.However the curative ef-fect is not very ideal.Li Chenggong takes the differentiation of zang-fu,qi-blood and yin-yang as the principle.He believes that liver depression and qi stagnation is the root of the pathogenesis which runs through the whole process of the disease.It is appropriate to tonify deficiency and clear turbidity in order to relieve depression and regulate qi,or strengthen the spleen,tonify the kidney and calm the heart,or eliminate stasis,circulate qi and drain dampness concurrently,so as to restore the dynamic stability of the axis of brain-kidney,Tian Gui-Du meridian and Chong and Ren meridian-seminal chamber.It makes the seminal chamber penis store and dis-charge normally,regulates qi and blood and harmonizes yin and yang.
