加味少腹逐瘀汤口服配合足浴治疗寒凝血瘀型月经过少临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察加味少腹逐瘀汤口服配合足浴治疗寒凝血瘀型月经过少的临床效果。方法对36例寒凝血瘀型月经过少的患者给予加味少腹逐瘀汤内服配合足浴治疗。观察患者治疗效果及不良作用的发生情况。结果36例患者中,治愈15例,占41.67%;好转17例,占47.22%;无效4例,占11.11%;总有效率为88.89%(32/36)。治疗期间未见患者发生明显不良反应。结论加味少腹逐瘀汤口服配合足浴治疗寒凝血瘀型月经量少,可有效增加患者月经量,改善不适症状;在临床治疗期间观察,未发现明显的毒副作用,比较安全,并且效果持久,值得进一步的研究和临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the modified Shaofu Zhuyu decoction combined with foot bath in the treatment of scanty menstruation with cold induced blood stasis.Methods 36 patients with scanty menstruation of cold induced blood stasis syn-drome were treated with modified Shaofu Zhuyu decoction orally and foot bath.The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse effects were observed.Results Among the 36 patients,15 cases were cured accounting for 41.67%,and 17 cases were improved accounting for 47.22%,invalid 4 cases accounting for 11.11%.The total effective rate was 88.89%(32/36).No obvious adverse effects were ob-served during the treatment.Conclusion In the treatment of scanty menstruation with cold induced blood stasis,modified Shaofu Zhuyu decoction combined with foot bath can effectively increase the menstrual volume and improve discomfort symptoms.During the clinical treatment,no obvious toxic and side effects were observed,which proves its safety.In addition,the effect is lasting,which is worthy of further clinical research,promotion and application.
