慢盆汤联合雷火灸治疗盆腔炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究慢盆汤加减联合雷火灸治疗盆腔炎的临床效果。方法选择江西省安福县中医院接收的盆腔炎患者60例作为研究对象,按随机排列法分为对照组、观察组,各30例。对照组给予常规抗生素治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予慢盆汤加减联合雷火灸治疗,观察2组患者的临床效果、中医证候积分及生活质量评分。结果观察组临床总有效率为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组的76.67%(23/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组中医证候积分、生活质量评分均较治疗前有所改善,且观察组中医证候评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢盆汤加减配合雷火灸治疗盆腔炎,能够缓解症状,改善患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Manpen decoction combined with thunder fire moxibustion in the treat-ment of pelvic inflammation.Methods 60 patients with pelvic inflammation received in Anfu County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group and observation group on average.The control group was treated with conventional antibiotics,and the observation group was treated with modified Manpen decoction combined with thunder fire moxibustion on the ba-sis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score and life quality score of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than 76.67%(23/30)in the control group,and there had statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score and life quality score of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment.The TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group while the life quality score was higher,and the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Manpen decoction combined with thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of pelvic inflammation can alleviate symptoms and improve the life quality of patients which is worthy of promotion.
