摘　　要：目的观察一指禅点按治疗肿瘤晚期之呃逆的临床效果。方法收集100例肿瘤晚期出现呃逆的患者,采用一指禅点按天突、足三里、内关以及头针的胃区,每日1次,连续治疗3次后观察效果。结果1次治疗结束后,痊愈率为22.00%(22/100),显效率18.00%(18/100),总有效率为64.00%(64/100);2次治疗结束后,痊愈率为10.26%(8/78),显效率32.05%(25/78),总有效率为76.92%(60/78);3次治疗结束后,痊愈率为7.14%(5/70),显效率52.86%(37/70),总有效率为82.86%(58/70)。整个疗程结束后,总的痊愈率为35.00%(35/100),显效率为37.00%(37/100),总有效率为88.00%(88/100)。结论一指禅治疗肿瘤晚期之呃逆效果明显,且平稳。此项技术可以降低临终患者的痛苦感受,维护患者在生命最后阶段的尊严。Objective To observe the effect of Yizhichan point-pressing on hiccups of advanced tumor.Methods 100 patients with hic⁃cups of advanced tumor were treated with Yizhichan point-pressing.Tiantu(RN22),Zusanli(ST36),Neiguan(PC6)and stomach zone of scalp for treatment were selected,once a day for three consecutive times,and then the curative effect was observed.Results After the first treatment,the cure rate was 22.00%(22/100),the effective rate was 18.00%(18/100),and the total effective rate was 64.00%(64/100).After the second treatment,the cure rate was 10.24%(8/78),the effective rate was 32.05%(25/78),and the total effective rate was 76.92%(60/78).After the third treatment,the cure rate was 7.14%(5/70),the effective rate was 52.86%(37/70),and the total effective rate was 82.86%(58/70).After the whole course of treatment,the total recovery rate was 35.00%(35/100),the effective rate was 37.00%(37/100),and the total effective rate was 88.00%(88/100).Conclusion The effect of Yizhichan point-pressing on hiccups of advanced tumor is obvious and stable.It can reduce the pain of dying patients and maintain the dignity in their final stage of life.
