摘　　要：目的探讨针刺对缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能、肢体运动功能及血清环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)、环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)的影响。方法选取2020年6月—2021年6月沈阳市第一人民医院收治的100例缺血性脑卒中患者,随机分为对照组、治疗组各50例,对照组给予常规西医治疗,治疗组在此基础上应用针刺疗法。观察患者治疗前后神经功能、肢体运动功能、cAMP、cGMP含量变化,并比较2组的临床疗效。结果2组患者运动功能Fugl-Meyer评分法(FMA)评分升高,临床神经功能缺损程度评分法(CSS)评分降低,且治疗组改善更明显(P<0.05)。2组患者血清cAMP含量升高、cGMP含量降低,且治疗组改善更明显(P<0.05)。治疗组临床总有效率为92.00%(46/50),优于对照组的74.00%(37/50)(P<0.05)。结论针刺疗法具有活血化瘀、补益肝肾之效,能够缓解肢体肌张力,改善功能障碍,增加脑部血液循环,改善微循环,对于缺血性脑卒中患者有较好的效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effects of acupuncture on neurological function,limb motor function,serum cAMP and cGMP in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods One hundred cases of ischemic stroke patients admitted to Shenyang First People’s Hospi-tal were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medi-cine,and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture on this basis.The changes of neurological function,limb motor function,cAMP and cGMP contents were observed before and after treatment and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results Motor function Fugl-Meyer score(FMA)was increased in 2 groups,clinical neurological impairment score(CSS)was decreased,and the improvement was more obvious in the treatment group(P<0.05).Serum cAMP content was increased and cGMP content was de-creased in 2 groups,and the improvement was more obvious in treatment group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.00%(46/50),which was better than that of the control group(74.00%,37/50)(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture therapy has the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,tonifying liver and kidney,relieving muscle tension of limbs,im-proving functional disorders,increasing blood circulation in brain and improving microcirculation.It has a good therapeutic effect on patients with ischemic stroke,and is worthy of clinical application.
