颞三针结合醒脑开窍针法治疗中风偏瘫的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨颞三针结合醒脑开窍针法治疗中风偏瘫患者的临床效果。方法选择2019年1月—2021年6月广东省第二中医院黄埔医院针灸康复一病区收治的中风偏瘫患者80例作为研究对象,均采用颞三针结合醒脑开窍针法进行治疗,持续4个疗程。使用傅格-梅尔氏运动功能评定量表(FMMS)、肌力分级评定标准的评分及中医临床证候积分评估、比较治疗前后的临床效果。结果治疗后,临床总有效率为88.75%(71/80);上、下肢FMMS评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.001);肌力评分和中医临床证候积分均较治疗前下降(P<0.001)。结论颞三针结合醒脑开窍针法治疗中风偏瘫,可有效提高患者FMMS评分,提高肌力,改善症状,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of tempus three needles combined with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture in the treatment of apoplexy hemiplegia.Methods From January 2019 to May 2021,80 patients with apoplexy and hemiplegia admitted to Ward One of Acupuncture-Moxibustion and Rehabilitation of Huangpu hospital of Guangdong Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.All were treated with tempus three needles combined with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupunc-ture for one month.The clinical efficacy before and after treatment were evaluated and compared by Fugl-Meyer movement scale(FMMS),muscle strength grading evaluation standard score and traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms score.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 88.75%(71/80).The FMMS score of upper and lower limbs was higher while the muscle strength and traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms score were lower than those before treatment(P<0.001).Conclusion Tempus three needles combined with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture can effectively improve the FMMS score,reduce muscle tension and im-prove clinical symptoms in patients with stroke hemiplegia.It is worthy of clinical application.
