苍耳子散合二陈汤联合推拿颈前五线治疗儿童上气道咳嗽综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察苍耳子散合二陈汤加减联合颈前五线推拿治疗上气道咳嗽综合征(UACS)的效果。方法选取2017年1月—2021年1月深圳市中医院收治的UACS患儿56例进行研究,依据随机数字表法分成对照组(苍耳子散合二陈汤加减)和观察组(在对照组基础上加颈前五线推拿)各28例,对比2组治疗后的总有效率、治疗前后各项症状评分和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为96.43%(27/28),高于对照组的71.43%(20/28)(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组流涕、喷嚏、鼻塞、咳嗽、咳痰以及咽部充血的症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组各症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。比较2组不良反应出现情况,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论苍耳子散合二陈汤加减联合颈前五线推拿治疗对UACS患儿效果确切,能改善其临床症状,且安全性较高,值得采用。Objective To observe the effects of Cang’erzi powder combined with Erchen decoction and five anterior necklines tuina in the treatment of child upper airway cough syndrome(UACS).Methods 56 UACS children treated from January 2017 to January 2021 in Shenzhen hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were investigated.According to random number table,they were divided into con-trol group and observation group,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Cang’erzi powder combined with Erchen decoction,while the observation group was treated with five anterior necklines tuina on the basis of the control group.The ef-fective treatment rate,symptom scores before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Re-sults The total effective rate in the observation group(96.43%,27/28)was higher than that in the control group(71.43%,20/28)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference about the symptom scores of snoring,sneezing,nasal obstruction,cough,ex-pectoration and pharyngeal hyperaemia between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,all the symptom scores in the observation group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not signifi-cantly different(P>0.05).Conclusion Cang’erzi powder combined with Erchen decoction and five anterior necklines tuina has obvi-ous effects on UACS children which can reduce the clinical symptoms and increase the treatment safety.It is worthy of application.
