扶脾通阳穴位贴敷治疗亚临床甲状腺功能减退临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察扶脾通阳穴位贴敷对亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者的临床疗效。方法选取南昌市洪都中医院于2020年2月—2021年2月收治的100例亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,对照组给予单一甲状腺激素补充治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上增加扶脾通阳穴位贴敷治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后的甲状腺功能指标和血脂指标。结果治疗后,观察组患者的促甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离三碘甲状酪氨酸(FT3)和游离四碘甲状酪氨酸(FT4)水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平亦均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于亚临床甲状腺功能减退的患者而言,扶脾通阳穴位贴敷能有效降低甲状腺激素水平和血脂水平,治疗效果较好,值得临床进一步推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Fupi Tongyang acupoint application on subclinical hypothyroidism.Methods 100 patients with subclinical hypothyroidism admitted to Hongdu hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from February 2020 to Feb-ruary 2021 were selected as the research object.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given simple thyroid hormone supplement therapy.The observation group was treated with Fupi Tongyang acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The thyroid function indexes and blood lipid in-dexes of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The levels of thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH),Free tri-iodothyronine(FT3)and FT4 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,The levels of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in the observation group were signifi-cantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fupi Tongyang acupoint application can effectively reduce the lev-els of thyroid hormone and blood lipid in patients with subclinical hypothyroidism and the therapeutic effect is good which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
